So for the past couple of years, I always tried to bake something when The Great British Bake Off is on TV. What started as a running joke that I would not admit I baked anything until it appeared on the coffee table of whoever was hosting takeout that week in the first ad break somehow this year turned into me baking for 9 weeks in a row.
Although my friends could not enjoy my baking - my neighbours seemed to be happy to open their door and find a goody bag of something left on their doormat every Wednesday.

So - am I going to make more?
Yes. So far I have tried making Pain au Chocolat in January and continued with Sourdough:
No doubt there will be more attempts be it bread, Patisserie or somewhere inbetween.
